Pimp Your Ride: use Photoshop filters and blend modes to enhance your car photos
Fire and smoke effects look impressively complicated, but they’re actually fairly simple to create, whether you’re using Photoshop CS5 or Adobe Photoshop Elements.
These effects look best when used with dramatic car photos, and the technique involves little more than a suitable selection of automobile images and a change in blend mode.
In the video tutorial below we’ll show you how to create a stunning fire effect by using your Photoshop filters, blend modes and transform controls. The effect will completely transform your car photos. But of course you can try it on any subject you like!
What You’ll Need
Photoshop CS3 or above, or Photoshop Elements 9
How Long
