Get involved with Fotolia’s TEN collection | Practical Photoshop
Learn from digital artists with free Photoshop downloads by Fotolia. The image stock library Fotolia is launching an exciting new project in December that will see collaboration between digital artists and the creative community. The TEN COLLECTION will see 10 influential artists including Emeric Trahand and Xavier Bourdil create an image based on a specific theme in Photoshop.
The resulting PSD file will be available to download, with each month bringing a new theme, artist, image and digital download. The PSD file will include all of the layers and details, which should you help you learn more about how the image was created and provide inspiration for your own work.
Fotolia has also partnered with Wisibility and Amkashop to provide other resources, such as free video tutorials which see the artists give a walkthrough of how their finished image came to be.
Each month the PSD file will be available to download for just 24 hours, so it’s worth keeping the website bookmarked and checking the countdown clock regularly to see when the next download will be available.
Fotolia TEN collection launches on 9th December, but you can sign up to the website now to receive an email alert when it goes live.
